While staying at the Chapman House Bed & Breakfast, we want to feel like you are home. However we must set a few rules. Please read our policies and let us know if you have any questions.

Rates: $85.00 - $125.00, plus 8% tax.  There is an extra charge if more than 2 per room.

Reservations: Most weekends require a two night minimum.   Please call if you require a single night on a weekend as sometimes we are able to accommodate this.

Deposits: Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of payment in full for stays of two nights or less, or 50% of your total for stays of three or more nights. You may pay with a personal check, traveler's checks, cash or PayPal at the time of booking. Please consider your reservation as final when it is made. Deposits are refundable, less a $25 service fee per night per room, if cancellation or rescheduling is made 10 days prior to your arrival. Cancellations or rescheduling made with less than 10 days notice will receive a refund only if we are able to book your room less the $25 per night cancellation or rescheduling fee.  Please be assured we will do everything possible to rebook it. There is no refund for shortened stays.

Children:

Pets: Dogs can be accommodated. We have limited space in the house. If you would like to bring your dog as a guest, please call and speak with us. There is an additional $25.00 per night per dog cleaning fee for dogs.

Smoking: Out of courtesy to our other guests, there is no smoking within the house. Smokers may smoke on the grounds. Open fires such as candles or incense are not allowed in the bedrooms.

Check-in and Check-out: To allow us time to get your room ready for your arrival, check in between 3 and 7 p.m. Arrangements can be made for later check in. If you need to check in earlier, we will double up our cleaning staff and have your room ready by 1 PM for an additional charge of $25.00. Please notify us of an estimated time of arrival. Check out time is 11 a.m. for all rooms.
